The staff was nice and accommodating. Delicious local breakfast. Convenient location. Helpful with taxis and luggage storage. Comfy bed, fridge, AC, TV, hot water.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Great location and friendly staff. The hotel offers a lovely breakfast, which is included, and the rooms are clean. The complimentary bottled water in the room was a nice touch and the air conditioning worked well.
The rooms were quite small, and the bathroom was cramped. The Wi-Fi was spotty, making it difficult to work from the hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the comfortable and clean rooms, as well as the friendly and accommodating staff. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet, which offered a variety of delicious options and set me up perfectly for the day ahead. the hotel's location was also a huge plus, with easy access to key areas of the city.

The hotel is located near the quiet Campo Grande square, which is great for walking around. The staff was very nice and helpful, assisting me with transportation and storing my luggage. The breakfast had a wide range of food options, including some local specialties. The hotel facilities were very clean and comfortable.

Located in a quiet upscale neighborhood not far from the historic center, this hotel offers a convenient location near the Campo Grande square. the room was clean and comfortable with beautiful white cotton towels in the bathroom. the staff was courteous, patient, and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was divine with a variety of local specialties. the open-air dining-room was bright and welcoming, with beautiful views of the city.
The hotel could improve attention to cleaning, as some guests noticed the rest of soap used by past guests in their rooms.
